The Position:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Head of Farm Operations/COO, the Financial Planning & Analytics Manager is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving financial management, reporting and analytics for all assets within the growing farm operations business unit. The role plays a critical part in supporting the achievement of both financial and operational strategic objectives, while spearheading systems and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
The position ensures that asset strategies align with the broader operational goals and financial performance targets and leads the management reporting process, offering in-depth analysis that informs high-level decision-making. As a key leader in the organisation, Financial Planning & Analytics Manager will also mentor and oversee a team of analysts focused on operational performance, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
The position will have a direct impact on the future success of the business by driving efficiency, enhancing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and will interact closely with the Head of Farm Operations/COO, Operations Managers, Farm Managers, Investors and industry professionals.
