The RoleThe Customer Relationship Manager plays a vital role at CSD taking responsibility for ensuring 'customer' needs are met.
In the role, you will be the primary agents and logistics point of contact, being highly engaged with customers and stakeholders, with a targeted purpose to deliver exceptional customer service standards and ultimately lead process improvement strategies that build stronger relationships and ultimately customer satisfaction.
The role has service accountability and will be both reactive and proactive to build new and current customer relationships to support customer retention, growth and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction targets.
You will also ensure internal communication and process improvement strategies are aligned to maximize stronger relationships and ultimately customer satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities associated with this role include:
Ensuring prompt and efficient processing of customer correspondence, requests and orders Working proactively with logistics, technical, administrative, financial and production teams to deliver customer service standards Working with the business and customers in the preparation of account contracts and negotiations Being a key conduit between customers and CSD field representatives especially with new customer opportunities and complaints Ensuring a process is in place for the management of customer complaints, enquiries and follow-up correspondence
The PersonTo be successful in the role you will ideally have:
Deep experience of developing successful customer relationships (existing and new) Demonstrable successful experience in a sales/customer service environment (5 years+) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and competent in the use of Microsoft products Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to build standards to exceed customer expectations Some experience in logistics support to clients to fulfill order requirements Strong team player but also able to act on own initiative, work unsupervised, effectively prioritize workload and problem solve, often under pressure Experience working in a strong safety focus and WHS environment The ability to solve problems, prioritize, meet deadlines and deliver information with a high level of accuracy Vocational or Tertiary qualifications in a related field are ideal Come and join a dynamic team which is known for its knowledge sharing abilities, delivering exceptional customer service to the cotton industry.
