Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries.Right at Home Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt is a company with a mission: "To improve the quality of life for those we serve."Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing, and respite care.Right at Home is seeking a motivated Team Leader for our Kalgoorlie Office to manage and oversee the daily operations of our clients.The successful candidate will ensure the provision of quality services and support to clients in a safe, respectful, and professional manner, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.QualificationsA successful candidate will have the following:A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal skillsHigh level of time management and organisational abilityEnsure the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to clients, with a focus on their individual needs and preferencesManage client incidents and complaints in accordance with the company's incident reporting and management policies and proceduresLiaise with clients, their families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the services and supports provided meet their needsPromote the company's values and philosophy in all interactions with clients, staff, and stakeholdersPreferred SkillsCertificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care desirable but not necessary.
Training will be provided.Satisfactory Australian National Police checkCurrent or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificateAbility to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutionsUnderstanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality.
