Right at Home is seeking a motivated Team Leader for our Merredin Office to manage and oversee the daily operations of our clients.
The successful candidate will ensure the provision of quality services and support to clients in a safe, respectful, and professional manner, in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications A successful candidate will have the following:
A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people Excellent written and verbal skills High level of time management and organisational ability Ensure the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to clients, with a focus on their individual needs and preferences Manage client incidents and complaints in accordance with company's incident reporting and management policies and procedures Liaise with clients, their families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the services and supports provided meet their needs Promote the company's values and philosophy in all interactions with clients, staff and stakeholders
Preferred Skills Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care desirable but not necessary.
Training will be provided.
