This rewarding position involves managing client inquiries, developing meaningful relationships, and navigating dynamic staff and client rostering.
About the Role: The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in our mission, responsible for managing client inquiries, developing strong relationships, and overseeing the dynamic staff and client rostering.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and visitors.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
