Right at Home is seeking a dedicated Office Admin /Scheduler to join our Toodyay office. This rewarding position involves managing client inquiries, developing meaningful relationships, and navigating dynamic staff and client rostering.
About the Role: The Office Admin- Scheduler will play a pivotal role in our mission, responsible for managing client inquiries, developing strong relationships, and overseeing the dynamic staff and client rostering.
Responsibilities: Client Enquiries: Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust and confidence in our services. Rostering Management: Navigate the dynamic world of staff and client rostering with finesse, ensuring optimal care delivery.
