Our NSW regional operations provide a full range of services including comprehensive on and offsite fabrication and mechanical services.Current OpportunityMonadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor with a strong Crane background to join our NSW Operations Team on a permanent basis.
This will see you working Monday to Friday across various sites in the Hunter Valley Region.A relocation package would be considered for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks across project activities including:Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews.Ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements.Ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.Why Us?We provide the benefits you'd expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?Our work.

We want you to reach your potential, we'd like to help you get there.What You Will BringTo be successful in this role, you should have:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Rigging and or Crane Supervisor with heavy industrial background.Must hold current High Risk Workers Licence - C0 and RA.Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews, including scaffolding, rigging, cranes and logistics.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety.Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).Open Drivers Licence.Proof of right to work in Australia.Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
