Monadelphous is looking for Rigger / Scaffolding Supervisors to join our offshore Energy division on a 3:3 roster.
These roles will commence in February 2025 for a duration of 6-12 months including onshore training before mobilisation.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes. Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials. Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required. Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for the task. Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement. Maximise time in the field – safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI's and ensuring direct reports are also compliant. Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports. What you'll bring: Current High Risk Workers Licence RA & SA, proven supervision experience in offshore brownfield projects would be highly regarded. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels. BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
