Ridley College | Online Pastor – Citylife Church

The primary role of the Online Pastor is to provide leadership to online congregational expressions including but not exclusive to church services. The role involves adapting strategically and progressively the current CityLife systems in pastoral care, discipleship, leadership training, and development to an online environment.
The Online Pastor develops and leads a team of volunteers to support all aspects of the online congregation, including developing a greater presence on social media platforms as appropriate. The Online Pastor is responsible for representing CityLife Church to the world in the digital realm and should be committed to the values, norms, and congregational culture of CityLife.
The Online Pastor should look to the missional opportunities inherent to the digital realm and guide a team of staff and volunteers in creating audiovisual content that engages with relevant issues and draws people into the CityLife ecosystem.
