Reporting to the Site Manager, the role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver leading customer service to some of Tamworth's world-class Agricultural livestock producers.
As the customer's first point of contact over the phone, the role is responsible for taking and keying orders and liaising with customers.
The role is also responsible for managing the accuracy of stock inventories, accounts payable duties, management of inbound and outbound deliveries over the weighbridge, and general administration duties.

Providing excellent customer service during the enquiry, order entry, and delivery process and ensuring accuracy and excellence are delivered at all times Ensure that the daily administration processing procedures are followed per national timeframes and guidelines.
Run and analyse inventory reports to ensure data integrity is maintained.
Complete all inbound receival and outbound deliveries checking and verification.
Conduct daily/monthly inventory reconciliations.
Management of weighbridge and transport bookings for site.
Receive and process all non-inventory delivery notes, standing orders, and invoices.
To be considered for the role you will have:
A sound knowledge of general accounting, inventory and administration functions Previous experience working in an office, ideally in a manufacturing environment An understanding of D365 and Microsoft Office systems.
Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.
Ability to relate to all levels of management.
High attention to detail.
