Is This the Role for You? Are you a dynamic and confident Account Executive with a passion for Audio Visual Solutions? Join Ricoh Australia and drive transformational outcomes for our customers by selling innovative solutions such as Workspace Management, Digital Signage, and Smart Device Solutions. You'll work with both new and existing Ricoh customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Generate over 50% of your own sales pipeline through proactive engagement with new and existing business customers within your Sales Pod and territory. Collaborate closely with C-level executives, business department leads, and technology specialists to identify and secure Hybrid Workplace opportunities. Offer a range of services including Procurement, Professional, and Managed Services to drive positive change and transformation. To Be Successful in This Role: What We're Looking For: 5+ years of quota-carrying AV/IT sales and account relationship management experience. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated ability to prospect and create more than 50% of your own pipeline. Strong experience in AV/IT solutions and/or Managed Service Providers (MSP) with verifiable sales results. Ability to thrive in both hunting and farming sales models. Excellent sales skills in creating, advancing, and closing new business. Strong team player with excellent customer service and presentation skills. Desirable Qualifications: Certifications and/or knowledge in various AV and IT technologies and systems. Understanding of ITIL and industry-based service concepts, including Opex, Capex, and financed delivery models. In-depth knowledge of vendor value propositions or specific industry domains.
