As part of our continued success, we are seeking an experienced Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:
The Estate Sales Manager will primarily play a pivotal role in exclusively promoting and selling RNC's latest residential project Constellar at Cardup Junction, a 1,300 lot master planned community located in Perth's thriving south east urban corridor.

In this role, you will:
Manage all aspects of estate sales, including pricing, marketing, and client engagement.
Oversee the administration and day-to-day operations of the estate.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive project branding.
Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and industry stakeholders.
Provide market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
This is a full-time position requiring a professional with a proven track record in estate marketing and selling, strong organisational skills, and a keen ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional results.

Your Offer:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in estate marketing and sales.
In-depth knowledge of the housing industry, including contract law and local authority planning and building requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
A current driver's license and real estate registration (preferably in Western Australia).
