We are looking for career-minded Site Supervisors to join the RCC family to support our busy preconstruction and delivery pipeline for this exciting project.
Responsibilities:
Short and medium range construction program development Quality control and site safety leadership Collaborative communication with engineer and commercial teams Understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals Multiple subcontractor & trade package coordination & delivery; structure, services & finishes Requirements:
Intermediate construction/building delivery experience in a site supervision/management capacity Industry relevant trade qualification Familiarity with holistic trade package delivery; structure, services & finishes Mid – top tier builder/contractor/project experience Confident & collaborative communicator THE PROJECT:
Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.
1,600m2 workshop and store building.
3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenities.
Expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Construction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop Lane.
Construction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.
Site landscaping and screening vegetation.
