Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) is advantageous Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders and inquiries Data entry and analysis Logistics coordination, including booking transport and tracking shipments Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and carriers Resolving customer issues and complaints Ready to take the next step in your career?
