RGM Maintenance is looking to appoint a new Parts Interpreter within their Rockhampton Branch.
Our Branch is a fast-paced Daimler Trucks Dealership showcasing Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso; however, we do not limit ourselves to only our brands. RGM works on Defence Vehicles, Fuel tankers, and much more.
You will report to the Parts Manager while working closely with other departments to ensure a steady flow of parts to our internal and external customers.
The suitable applicant will need to possess the following attributes:
Confident and driven personality with a can-do attitude. Knowledge and interest in the mechanical industry. Excellent time management and organisational skills. An appetite for continuous learning and development. Confident computer and literacy skills are essential. Attention to detail & problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting our retail customers with all inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service. Managing the flow of parts to our internal workshop while updating workshop controller and service advisors. Communicating with external suppliers to source all parts required for repairs.
