Rg 146 Qualified Assessor

Job/Project Description – tasks to be performed on a daily basis: RFI to determine availability of skill in market who are certified – potential up to 30 roles.
Mandatory Requirements: RG-146 Certified (all modules)2+ years' experience in complex financial advice remediationProficient verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDesired Attributes and Skills: Proficient in ExcelKey Responsibilities: Contact customers to understand and document complaint specifics including all relevant detailsFollow-up and follow-through as required (via both email and telephone)Request relevant information including confidential documents to inform assessment of complaintsDocument customer information and case assessment work papers and outcomes in case management system in required format and level of detailDraft formal 'Assessment Outcome' document to be shared with both client and customerPreferred Location and On-Site Requirements: Ideally Melbourne, with Sydney also being workable. The engagement will be able to accommodate a hybrid working model in the future, but in the first instance, the strong preference is to have staff on-site (Melbourne CBD/Sydney CBD).
Remote Work: Work must be done on-shore. Work to be performed at client offices. On-site initially; potential for hybrid work after initial on-boarding, training, and trial period.
Background Checks: Basic background checks + police checks to be completed.
