Rfq-Asd-58-2024 Gateway Services Project Support Officer.

The Gateway Services Section is responsible for delivering Enterprise Cross Domain and Firewall control capability. The Project Support Office will assist with the management and administration of projects being delivered by Section. The candidate will be required to provide assist and support for enhancing process maturity within the Integrated Solutions Section.

Please Note: Must hold either a current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12 month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates with a current Defence Intelligence Agency recognised Psychological Assessment (PA) preferred but not essential.

Major Responsibilities:
Assist with leading and managing activities for planning, development and implementation of projects and systems to meet organisational requirements.Assist with improvement and enhancement of organisational project methodologies.Assist with the initiation and management of procurements to support program and organisational requirements.Assist with project review and reporting mechanisms.Assist with project financial management, change control and quality reporting.Assist with co-ordinating project resourcing according to project priorities.Escalate issues and seek advice from management in a timely manner.Contribute to organisational resourcing to meet business requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures.Other Features of the Role (e.g. location, travelling, shift hours,)
Role is Canberra based with no requirement to travel.
