Rf Network Engineer

We are looking for RF Network Engineer to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base Responsibilities: Perform network optimization activities to enhance overall network performance and efficiency. Conduct thorough performance checks to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate strategies. Proactively review daily degraded cells, swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize network downtime. Demonstrate proficiency in executing parameter changes on Ericsson sites, specifically antenna tilts, to optimize network coverage and capacity. Utilize your extensive Ericsson experience to efficiently navigate and leverage the network optimization tools and software. Key Experience / Requirement Minimum 2 years of Radio Access Network (RAN) experience in the Mobile Telecommunications Industry Strong ability to identify and rectify degraded cells, ensuring minimal disruption to network performance. Proficiency in performing parameter changes on Ericsson sites, particularly with antenna tilts, to fine-tune network coverage. Extensive experience with Drive Testing Tools (NEMO etc.), Post Processing Software (ActixOne), MapInfo, RF Planning Tools (Atoll), and OSS Platforms (M2000, PRS, NetAct, EMM, ENIQ).
