The OpportunityWe are seeking a Reward Specialist (known internally as a Senior Reward Adviser) to join our national Human Resources team.
Based in our Sydney or Melbourne office, you will work closely with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to deliver the regional remuneration and benefits strategy.In this role, you will:Play a leading role in the annual remuneration processes alongside HRBPs.Advise HR on remuneration, including job matching, market pricing, pay decisions, and new hire terms.Source and interpret market data from surveys and market intelligence.Benchmark salary and bonus structures for market competitiveness.Develop and administer incentive schemes.Manage remuneration and talent review modules in Workday, including setup, training, and guides.Manage key benefits programs, including Superannuation, with the Senior Benefits and Wellbeing Adviser, APAC.Prepare regulatory and operational reports, including WGEA submission analysis.Identify trends in reward, headcount, attrition, diversity, talent management, and resourcing.To be considered for this role, you must have:Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce, or a related discipline.Previous experience working in a remuneration or HR function within a large business.Advanced capability in Excel.To excel in this role, you will have:Experience working with HR information systems, Workday preferable.Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with colleagues across our firm.A highly professional approach, exhibited in your verbal and written communications.Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns.A high degree of comfort dealing with complex and unstructured data sets.Prior experience generating high quality reports.A creative approach to presenting data insights to various stakeholder groups.The team:Our competitive advantage is our people and our culture.
