Purposeful work with genuinely good people. That's refreshing. The Reward Manager is a pivotal role facilitating key activities, conversations and moments with senior stakeholders and leadership cohorts as you manage group wide remuneration, recognition, and benefits programs.

Reporting into the GM Org Effectiveness and Culture, the role is delivered in a 3/2 hybrid split between the office and work from home, and is based in Southbank VIC. This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Manage group-wide remuneration and benefits programs, including the delivery of the annual review cycle and incentive plans. Provide expert counsel and specialist rewards advice to HR business partners and business leaders. Oversee the job grading, salary ranges, and job architecture framework and process, ensuring robust governance and alignment with industry best practices. Lead and support the execution of specific rewards projects as required. Support the General Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & Culture on executive remuneration matters and the preparation of remuneration reports and Board papers. You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Strong knowledge of remuneration practices, systems and reporting relevant to a Remuneration, Reward and Benefit role Managing change projects and/or process improvements Experience with leading enterprise-wide Reward projects (e.g. remuneration reviews) Ability to engage senior stakeholders with a problem-solving and outcome based approach Advanced Excel Skills - ability in creating and manipulating management information from raw data sources and providing insights and recommendations Highly numerate and analytical to be able to consolidate and interpret complex data You enjoy navigating through complex, and ambiguous business landscapes Detail focused and analytically minded – You enjoy interpreting facts and figures In tune with external best practice and up to date with industry benchmarks
