We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our People & Culture team, leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and drive strategic HR projects. As the Reward & Governance PMO, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to deliver a portfolio of People & Culture projects - on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. This is a permanent full-time position based in our Sydney office.
In this role, you will:Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communication strategies.Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing timely and accurate updates on progress and outcome.Continuously review and improve PMO processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across projects.Develop and implement PMO tools, templates, and best practices to streamline project management activities.Contribute to the development and implementation of people analytics strategies to support data-driven decision-making within People & Culture.To succeed in this role, you should bring:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.Proven experience in project management within a Reward, HR or Governance context.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in preparing and presenting dashboards, data analysis, and reporting.Join us in creating a workplace where employees feel recognised, supported, and empowered to grow.
