THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a prestigious global management consultancy, renowned as a leader in research and strategic advice for leading businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
They are recognised for their innovative approach and outstanding reputation in human capital and advisory services.
With increasing demand for their expertise, the Reward division is looking for an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their team of dedicated professionals.

THE ROLE
Joining a collaborative and leading team, you will be responsible for delivering key projects within the reward function to a range of clients.
You will support subject matter experts by integrating solutions, sharing knowledge and data, and assisting with the analysis of market insights and trends in the reward advisory space.

THE CRITERIA
To excel in this role, you will need experience in job evaluation, remuneration benchmarking, reward strategy, and the design of short-term, long-term, and sales incentives.
Candidates with consulting experience will be highly regarded, although in-house expertise in reward advisory is also valuable.
You should have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to adapt to different business contexts.
