About the Opportunity The Reward and Benefits Specialist will support the Senior Manager Reward & Payroll in delivering all aspects of the remuneration and reward framework.
This includes annual performance and salary reviews, incentive schemes, job evaluations, and market benchmarking for over 2,700 employees.
You will provide data modelling and analytics to support our reward cycles and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
This role is the first point of contact for reward-related queries, ensuring that employees understand and engage with their benefits.
You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Payroll, and the wider business to align reward strategies with SA Power Networks' objectives.
What You Bring As the Reward and Benefits Specialist, you bring 3-5 years of experience in reward practices within complex environments, with strong expertise in data modelling, and remuneration processes.
Your advanced understanding of job evaluation and remuneration practices combined with incentive design and salary benchmarking equips you to develop and implement effective reward strategies that support organisational goals.
You hold a relevant qualification in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a high level of proficiency in Excel and analytical skills to deliver insights that drive decision-making.
Your collaborative communication style and project management abilities enable you to work effectively with leaders across the business, contributing to a transparent and proactive reward culture.
