As a Building Services Revit Modeller, you will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate 3D models for various building services projects.
You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs are completed to the highest standards, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and maintain Revit models for building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to produce accurate and coordinated 3D models and drawings.
Manage the Revit family library and ensure consistent use of standards across all projects.
Assist in the preparation of design documentation and reports as required.
Participate in project coordination meetings, ensuring effective communication between different disciplines.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Revit Modeller in the building services sector.
Proficient in Revit MEP with a solid understanding of building services systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Strong knowledge of BIM processes and experience working within a BIM environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in Revit modelling for building services.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or a related discipline are preferred.
