Key Responsibilities Work in a team of Designers, imparting your knowledge for practical and beautiful design, ensuring each Design Stage adheres to the build budgetWork across multiple projects and coordinate your team to deliver these projects on timeCommunicate and meet with Clients and Consultants ensuring project updates are delivered on time, feedback accurately interpreted, and design solutions clearly proposedAttend Site Visits during both the Design and Construction phases, working across our Design and Site Teams to ensure a seamless project transition and client experience from Design to Build phaseImprove current and/or identify and implement new Design Studio best practice systems and processes Skills and Experience Architect's Registration preferred Experience with the National Construction Code and Australian StandardsPrevious experience leading a team of DesignersWorking at a level equivalent to 5 years' experience in residential sector including housesStrong Revit skills with excellent attention to detail Full Australian working rights Benefits and Culture BonusesNewly renovated office with end of trip amenitiesFree local parkingGreat hours and the opportunity to WFH 1x day per week REFERENCE: Luke Russo #88869 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to [email protected] and we'll be in touch.
