The opportunity The Review/Revenue Specialist is responsible for preparing high complexity private rulings and determining high complexity objections across all revenue lines. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Effectively managing a file portfolio of high complexity private rulings and / or objections across all revenue lines Mentoring and reviewing the private rulings and objection determinations prepared by other staff across all revenue lines Participating in inter-branch consultation regarding the application of legislation Who we are looking for To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environment Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of complex legislation and legal research experience.
