Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) manages the administration and enforcement of infringement and court fines across the state.About the Role:The Review Officer will work within Enforcement and Support Services.Some of your duties will include:Providing support to the Operations Team Lead to ensure the successful administration of the Fines Reform Act 2014Exercising professional judgement regarding the application of Standards of Service and other relevant rules, policies and guidelinesProviding accurate and timely advice and liaising with other Fines Victoria units and enforcement agencies.About You:As our ideal candidate, you will possess:The ability to build a supportive and cooperative team environmentAn understanding of the infringement lifecycle and relevant legislationCompetent use of Microsoft Office and relevant IT systems.Qualifications/Requirements:A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience is desirable.How to Apply:Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
