About the Role:The Review Officer will work within Enforcement and Support Services, which is a branch of Civil and Enforcement Services. Review Officers primarily deal with applications submitted by members of the public seeking a review of registered infringement fines, and applications for payment arrangement.
Some of your duties will include:
Exercising professional judgement regarding the application of Standards of Service and other relevant rules, policies and guidelines.Providing accurate and timely advice and liaise with other Fines Victoria units, enforcement agencies, and other interested parties.Performing administrative and other functions as required.About You:As an ideal candidate, you will possess:
An understanding of the infringement lifecycle, the Infringements Act 2006 and the Fines Reform Act 2014, or experience in the practical application of other legislation or policies.Competent use of Microsoft Office and relevant IT systems and applications.Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or relevant experience is desirable.How to Apply:Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
