Your Impact As the Revenue Planning Analyst, you will maximize revenue and profit growth for Beer by improving the promotional optimization, adapting to competitor activity & work closely with Revenue Planners, Commercial Finance and Sales teams to enable advanced analytics and data-led storytelling. Facilitate Analysis for the commercial team with recommendations that best utilize our investment, consumer demand and optimum financial outcomes for our business and our customers across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities: Provide insight into pricing impacts in market, including inputs to IBP commercial rhythms, support Senior manager with recommendations for deviations from strategy when necessary.Collaborate with and Support of Revenue planners on modelling change to promotional mechanics including gap-fill initiatives to drive incremental revenue & provide strong selling stories to sales team for execution.Aid the development of price rise strategy and build customer selling stories to assist sales team land with retailers.Support Senior Manager in creation of price pack architecture strategy for Beer by providing insights on areas of opportunity to grow CUB & Beer Category.Own Customer level Pricing strategy for all Beer NPD, partnering with & challenging Innovation, Marketing & Sales team to develop a robust plan aligned to Category & Brand priorities that delivers on Gross Contribution growth.Own and maintain a playbook for revenue analytics and embed across the business using knowledge gathered from analysing consumer response to Price.Own regular competitor tracking & Business Rhythm reporting with regards to performance of Pricing plan in market and any recommendations for change.Improve & Automate existing Promotional modelling tools used by the Team & create new tools to support efficient scenario modelling.Helps develop and maintain a playbook for revenue analytics and embeds across the business.Supports the embedding of revenue management capability across the business including skills, systems, processes to optimize investment.About You You are Commercially astute, strategically savvy, know how to build rapport across the business, and thrive off being able to identify a gap in the market and recommend tangible solutions.
You also have: Solid experience in Commercial Finance, Category Management, Revenue Management, Sales or PricingExperience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.Ability to identify strategic opportunities for the business unit and communicate at relatively senior levels of the organizationIntermediate to Advanced analytical skills including Excel, Power BI & experience using Market syndicated data (E.g.
