Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and PPC campaigns. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort services, special events, and packages. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the highest standards of brand representation. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and blogs. Manage and grow the resort's social media presence, enhancing audience engagement and driving traffic to the resort's website. Develop relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize positive media coverage and exposure. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Native language: Vietnamese. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.
