Key Requirements: Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful and emotional situations while staying motivated and positive.
Data Entry: Strong attention to details with accurate and timely data entry skills.
Computer Savvy: Cmfortable using a variety of computer systems and software.
Excel Skills: Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (advanced skills are a plus).
Resourceful: Self-driven, adaptable, resilient, and able to make sound decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
Ensure smooth and efficient communication, even during stressful situations.
Accurately input data into the Ambulance Patient Health Care Records System.
Use Microsoft Excel and various systems effectively to manage information.
