We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Business Services, you will not only manage and analyse revenue transactions but also provide critical insights that support our business's growth and profitability. Your expertise in revenue recognition and financial analysis will help shape strategic decisions, optimise revenue streams, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

How would you contribute to our success? Providing accurate revenue projections and trend analysis to support strategic planning and budgeting decisions, helping the organisation anticipate financial performance and allocate resources effectively.Analysing revenue data to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvements, thereby enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.Leading initiatives to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of revenue accounting processes, contributing to better financial controls and streamlined operations.Preparing, presenting and advising executive leadership on revenue performance, and risks associated with business strategies and operations.Ensuring adherence to revenue recognition standards and regulatory requirements, mitigating financial risks, and safeguarding the organisation's reputation.Overseeing revenue recognition, reconciling accounts, and supporting month end close process, ensuring revenue transactions are recoded in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting. What we are looking for | What will make your application stand out? Your qualification in Accounting, Finance or another related field. Your CA or CPA qualification would be an extra tick!Your proven experience in an accounting role with a revenue focus, preferably within a corporate or commercial SME environment.Your strong knowledge and application of governing regulations and standards.Your strong accounting software and excel experience. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.Experience in either Tech or Healthcare sectors are a plus!
