About the role

Join our dynamic team and take charge of the revenue assurance function.
You'll excel in revenue recognition, streamline billing processes, and provide insightful reporting and analysis.
Your expertise will ensure impeccable accuracy in reporting and billing, paving the way for timely invoice payments and financial excellence.

What you'll be doing Conduct reporting and analysis to drive insightsReconcile complex accounts to ensure accuracyManage month-end tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reportingCollaborate with internal stakeholders across the businessCommunicate effectively with clients to address their needs(Preferred) Leverage prior experience with SaaS platformsUtilise intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsPerform weekly revenue and ARR reportingOversee client billing processesManage and reconcile revenue and deferred revenue monthlyMaintain and optimise the revenue management systemPartner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting Who are we looking for?

What you bring to the team;
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance2-3 years of experience in an analyst role, or a strong foundation from a top-tier accounting firmExperience in a SaaS business environment (preferred)Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google SheetsStrong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailAdaptability and comfort with changeEnthusiasm for process improvements and efficiencyProven ability to meet deadlines consistentlyProactive and self-motivated approach to work Why join Sonder?
