INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY We're seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a Reuse Sales Managers (Levels 3-5) at Goodies Junction in Mitchell and Mugga.
In these roles, you'll lead, motivate, and manage the team, ensuring our facility operates smoothly and delivers outstanding service to the community.
Key Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with the Goodies Junction Operations Manager in leading, motivating and managing the Goodies Junction team.
Ensuring the shop is clean, well-presented, and well-stocked.
Building and maintaining high-quality retail operations in line with established processes.
Working with autonomy, initiative, and leadership.
