Aloha~ The major function of this position is: Accurately process credit memos in SAP, inspect returned sunglasses, clean, process, and evaluate damages to code and enter information into SAP.
In order of importance, the principal responsibilities and duties of this position are: Provide outstanding customer service to all customer inquiries regarding credit and returns.Receive, inspect and analyze all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages and reason for return.Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory, and breakdowns of merchandise for stock.Determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.Understand the impact of credits on financial statements and inventory.Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.Maintain an average of 19 entries per hour.Perform weekly inventory of product on returns cart.Other Duties: Cross-train and backup any position in the department as needed.Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.Work Shift: Special Language Requirement (If Applicable): Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
