You'll use your expertise to identify and triage claims that are at risk of exceeding expected return to work timeframes, and you'll also work closely with the supporting case managers to identify barriers in returning to work, positively driving a Return-to-Work Focus with Injured Workers and Employers. In this position, you will be able to apply your knowledge and skillset in person centred injury management, exceptional stakeholder communication, and leadership to support workers impacted by complex injuries to get back to work, and back to life, safely.
