Permanent full time position | Based at BlackburnFlexible hybrid work arrangementsSCHADS Level 5 + Increase your take home pay with salary packagingYour new roleYou will be responsible for managing Uniting's 12 retirement villages located across southern and eastern Melbourne and Gippsland.
With a consumer-centred approach to service delivery, you will aim to provide safe, affordable and secure village living for retired persons.
You will manage sales and applicant enquiries, undertake operational processes for resident entry and exit, and oversee ongoing village management services.

In addition to a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 5 + super, you can access the following:
