Success in this role requires strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate has experience in land lease or retirement living sales, though those with residential sales experience will also be considered. Key requirements include:Understanding of land lease communities and their operationsPassion for customer service and fostering community connectionsStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsConfidence in networking and attending customer eventsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Financial acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesQLD Real Estate Licence and valid Driver's LicenceIntermediate MS Office skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are also essential.
