Our client is a leading provider of retirement living services dedicated to creating supportive and vibrant communities for our residents in the Shepparton region.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales / Customer service coordinator to manage client sales, coordinate operational activities, and build the local brand of our client's retirement Village. You will work closely with the Resident Services Manager and internal teams to drive resident admissions and ILU sales.
Key Responsibilities: Manage resident leads and admissions for the Home and ILUs. Develop strategies to enhance referral networks and conduct client tours. Utilize Salesforce CRM and SharePoint to track enquiries. Oversee operational activities, including maintenance, resident requests, and village activities. Handle resident complaints and ensure high-quality living standards. Represent our client in interactions with health networks, hospitals, and community organizations. Conduct promotional activities and presentations. Key Criteria: Experience in sales, business development, or related fields, with a strong understanding of aged care (desirable). MUST hold a valid Australian passport and have access to MyGov portal. MUST have a car and valid driver's license as occasional travel is required. Occasional Saturday work required (once every 1-2 months). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and business acumen. Experience in meeting sales KPIs.
