We have an exciting opportunity in our BMW dealership for a Customer Retention & Loyalty Consultant.Type: Full TimeLocation: Brookvale, Sydney, Northern BeachesCol Crawford Motors Brookvale is one of Australia's leading motor vehicle dealerships with a reputation for quality service.The key role of the Consultant is to ensure contact is maintained with existing customers during the second half of their car ownership. This role is not one of selling cars. You will be expected to develop a relationship with our customers to the stage where you are the first point of contact when a vehicle changeover is planned. The successful applicant will be developing customer relationships and encouraging loyalty.To secure this role we are looking for someone who:Has a superior level of customer service and high attention to detailIs self-motivated and disciplined in following our processesEnjoys dealing with customers and going the extra mile to create customers for lifeIs confident, well presented with exceptional communication skillsIs computer savvy and enjoys database managementCan analyse data and identify the appropriate course of action to takeThe successful applicant will have a customer service/account management background and experience working in a target driven environment.As we approach our 55th year in business on the Northern Beaches, we pride ourselves on being a great place to work with ongoing support and training to help you achieve your best.
