Your New Role: In this role, based at Head Office you will be responsible for managing a skilled team of Watchmakers, Technicians and Controllers ensuring the seamless operation of the service and repair process.
You will be a key figure in upholding the brand's commitment to quality, precision and customer satisfaction, driving performance and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

The Day to Day: Lead and mentor a team of Watchmakers, Technicians and Quality Controllers; ensuring optimal performance and career development.
Allocate and prioritise workloads to ensure timely repair turnarounds while maintaining high-quality standards.
Oversee the quality control process, conduct final checks on completed work and support the team with technical challenges.
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients; addressing technical inquiries and providing solutions.
Manage day-to-day workshop operations including: inventory management, scheduling and procurement.
Organise training programs and performance reviews to enhance skills, improve productivity and foster a culture of excellence.
Prepare reports on repair timelines, productivity and quality ensuring compliance with relevant policies and health and safety regulations.
Experience Checklist: Proven experience in managing a workshop or service center within the luxury industry is essential (Timepiece experience is a big plus).
Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watches with a passion for horology; formal watchmaking qualification is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop teams while achieving operational goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in workshop management systems, inventory control, reporting software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
