Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to oversee day-to-day store operations Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and meeting sales targets Openness and adaptability to living and working in remote locations Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive community and team relationships Previous experience working within Indigenous or remote communities is highly desirable but not essential Why This Role?
