Area Manager | Melbourne As Area Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a group of 6 stores (and counting), helping the teams hit their sales targets, nurture personal growth, and ensure each store feels like the best place to work. You'll be the brand ambassador, living and breathing the brand's values every day, and leading your teams by example; whether it's on the shop floor, in team meetings, or collaborating on strategy.

What You'll Be Looking After: Work closely with Store Managers to create actionable plans that hit targets, elevate the in-store vibe, and deliver flawless customer experiences. Keep visual merchandising fresh and aligned with the brand's identity. Take a look at store operations and find simple, smart ways to make them even better. Help recruit, onboard, and train the best people so the teams are always motivated and thriving. Lead the charge on key business strategies to make sure the brand's long-term goals are always within reach. Manage all the retail operations for the portfolio and be the bridge between HQ and stores. The Experience Checklist: You're a natural people person who loves to get involved and connect with your teams; whether it's cheering them on or giving hands-on guidance when needed. You've been in a multi-site role for 2+ years, and understand the nuances of elevating customer experience and boutique environments. You're comfortable with things like roster management, reading reports, and identifying areas to grow. You are comfortable with travelling across locations, your 'office' is the beautiful store locations. What's Next?
