We are a well-known jewellery company that has been producing exquisite, handcrafted silver and gold gemstone jewellery for 15 years. We are now looking for retail sales consultants to join our flagship jewellery gallery on St Kilda's busiest retail strip.
To be considered for this position, the suitable candidate must:
Be honest and reliable Have at least 2+ years retail or customer service experience Deliver the highest levels of customer service Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise Demonstrate exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Exhibit excellent customer service skills Demonstrate a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude Be open to feedback and receive on-going training Have basic computer skills Be competent in cash handling and balancing daily takings Experience in the jewellery industry is not essential but is an advantage Existing knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is not essential but may be of some advantage Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Retail Sales Maintaining strong clientele relationships Upkeep of the gallery (cleaning, polishing, etc.) Visual merchandising Inventory control Stock control Reporting sales to head office Benefits of the position include:
