ABOUT THE ROLE... Zoos SA is looking for experienced customer service professionals to join the fun and hardworking Retail team at Monarto Safari Park. The roles will be offered on a Casual basis.
As part of our Retail team, you will:
Provide a high level of customer service for all Visitor Service functions; Meet and greet visitors upon arrival and processing entrance fees; Attend to counter sales and assist customers with their enquiries in our Retail outlets; Promote the selling of Zoos SA products and experiences; Deliver on a range of zoo bookings; Assist with customer enquiries, tours and experiences across Zoos SA. ABOUT YOU... To be considered for this position you will have/be:
Previous experience in a similar role, providing exceptional customer service is essential; Innovative and solutions-focused; Experience in a computerised booking, membership and point of sales system; Knowledge and experience in handling public enquiries and complaints; Previous visual merchandising skills; Exceptional customer service; Good presentation; Outstanding verbal skills; Availability 7 days a week including peak visitation periods; Experience in cash handling; Qualifications in retail or customer service will be highly regarded.
