Programmed Skilled Workforce Darwin are looking for applications from experienced customer service/sales people for a local opportunity with a well-known Australian brand, based in Winnellie.
This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow and develop into a senior role or to transfer into the many other departments within this business.
There will be significant training and investment into your career.
The role is initially Casual (full-time hours - Mon to Fri) with a view to becoming permanent.
Duties may include: Managing customer enquiries, face to face, over the phone and by email.Offering support and advice to customers.Counter sales and support.
Cash/EFTPOS transactions.Liaising with internal staff and communicating with external clients offering support and performing administrative functions.About you: You will enjoy working with people, exceeding customer expectations.Be well organised and able to learn quickly.Able to pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug and alcohol screen.You will be fit and able to work on your feet all day, but also able to help customers with items weighing over 20kgs.Have reliable transport.Ideally: You will have an industrial, cleaning, or trades background.You will be familiar with POS systems, like Dynamics, SAP, or S21.If this sounds like you, please hit the "APPLY NOW" button.
