Retail Worker (Trade Counter Sales)

Programmed Skilled Workforce Darwin are looking for applications from experienced customer service/sales people for a local opportunitiy with a well known Australian brand, based in Winnellie. This is a long term role with opportunities to grow and develop into a senior role or to transfer into the many other departments within this business. There will be significant training and investment into your career. The role is initial Casual (full time hours - Mon to Fri) with a view to become permanent. Duties may include: Managing customer enquiries, face to face, over the phone and by email. Offering support and advice to customers. Counter sales and support. Cash/EFTPOS transactions Liaise with internal staff and communicate with external clients offering support and performing administrative functions. Stock management & General housekeeping About you You will enjoy working with people, exceeding customer expectations Be well organised and able to learn quickly Be committed, reliable & responsible Able to pass a Pre employment medical and or drug and alcohol screen You will be fit and able to work on your feet all day, but also able to help customers with items weighing over 20kgs.
