Amplifon Australia is looking for a Retail Trainer (internally known as CA Trainer) to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to CA Training Lead , this role is accountable for up-skilling our CA Team using their superior diary management and appointment activation skills.

Key Responsibilities Deliver CA coaching programs Ensure best practices in customer service are followed in all clinics Consistently monitor and evaluate training delivered Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions Conduct induction programs for new joiners Administer on-the-job training Develop and update training modules You will have: Completion of year 12 or equivalent Worked in a client facing role for a minimum 2 years Have a passion for training and service excellence Be confident in public speaking Have knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to travel interstate and drivers license Be highly organised and deadline driven A proven CA with the ability to deliver results Other: Applicants must be based in Metro Location Full time CA Training Role This position reports into the CA Training Lead What we offer in return Competitive remuneration with performance bonus Free Hearing Aid for you, 50% discount for immediate family members, and 30% for other family members and friends Yearly flu vaccinations Free access to our Employee Assistance Program Career growth opportunities within the largest independent hearing care network.
