In this exciting role as a Casual Team Member, you will be part of our dedicated team where we strive to make every traveller's experience seamless and enjoyable.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a welcoming environment.
Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
Actively engaging with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Participating in stock management, merchandising, and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior retail experience is an advantage, as is holding a current RSA certificate .
To cater to our travellers' needs, our store is open 7 days a week and as such you will need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating roster which will include early mornings, late finishes and weekends.
