Retail Team Member

Your role We are looking for people-centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and an excellent experience. No industry experience is required; we will give you all the product training you need to represent our household name brands.
Day to day, you will help a mix of trade and DIY customers across our range of market-leading paints and coatings products.
This is a full-time position of 38 hours, based in our Paint Spot store located in Dandenong.
Key Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer service are maintainedCash handling / EFTPOSLearn to accurately mix and tint paintAssist in maintaining stock levelsSkills & Experience You enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and are passionate about helping others. Regular lifting of paint tins weighing up to 25kgs is required, so being physically fit is essential.
We will provide product and on-the-job training, so we are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, develop, and provide excellent service to our passionate customer base.
